Asgoal Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Asgoal (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between asgoal and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member").

These terms are available in multiple languages, including English. In the event of any dispute, the original English version shall prevail. This version has been prepared in plain language for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members.

The following terms and conditions apply to opening and using an account on asgoal:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. asgoal reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
• A photo of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Sharing access to your account with anyone else is not permitted.

All financial transactions on asgoal are conducted in a secure and transparent manner. The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Deposits are generally credited instantly.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Same payment method policy: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: asgoal processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Large withdrawals may require additional verification. asgoal reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious transactions and report them to the relevant authorities.

Asgoal regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each bonus has its own terms, certain general rules apply to all:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Maximum bet limit: A maximum bet limit is usually in place while a bonus is active (typically up to ৳500).
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games. Please check the game list on the bonus page.
• One bonus at a time: It is generally not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.

All games on asgoal are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely random and never predetermined.

• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, asgoal reserves the right to void the round and refund the bet amount.
• Any changes to a game's RTP (Return to Player) rate will be communicated in advance.
• Progressive jackpot wins may be subject to additional verification to ensure payout accuracy.
• If a connection is lost during a Live Casino game, asgoal will attempt to restore the game where possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on asgoal. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or collusion (coordinated fraud involving multiple players)
• Using automated betting software or bots
• Exploiting any game bug or glitch
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Registering an account or bypassing verification using false information
• Harassing or using inappropriate language toward asgoal staff

Asgoal reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of Terms & Conditions violations
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to cooperate
• Suspicious transactions or indications of fraud
• Accounts inactive for 12 months or more

You may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

Asgoal believes gaming should be an enjoyable and safe form of entertainment. We always encourage responsible gaming, and the following tools are available to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet amount for a specified period
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Block your account temporarily or permanently

If a dispute arises, please contact asgoal's customer support first. Our support team will generally aim to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

• Complaints can be submitted via email or live chat
• If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to a higher authority
• If you are dissatisfied with asgoal's decision, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority

Asgoal reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The update date will be published on the website
• Registered members will be notified by email of any significant changes
• Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
